We welcome everyone to enjoy The Grove and to have an embellished and memorable experience.  However, we respect the absolute right of each of our guests to have this experience without interference from other guests.  Any behavior deemed to be overly loud, offensive, obnoxious, vulgar, or disruptive to other guests will not be tolerated.  Any such conduct will be grounds for ejection from The Grove to preserve the dining experience of others.

The Grove enforces a business casual, upscale dress code to preserve the refined dining experience all of our guests deserve. We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Beanies, bandanas, oversized or baggy clothing, tank tops, and men’s sleeveless shirts are prohibited.  No excessively revealing clothing (including visible undergarments) will be allowed.  Athletic apparel will only be allowed on Rockets, Astros or Dynamo game days, due to our proximity to these sporting arenas.  

Admittance to The Grove is at the final discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed and/or exhibit disruptive and intrusive behavior, regardless of reservation or space availability.
